[摘要] 目的 探讨甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。 方法 选择2型糖尿病并伴有不同程度周围神经病变患者92例，随机分为两组。在常规调整血糖到较满意水平基础上，对照组单用甲钴胺注射液0.5 mg肌肉注射，每日1次；治疗组在对照组的基础上加用前列地尔注射液10 μg加入0.9%氯化钠液10 mL中静脉推注，每日1次；两组均连续应用4周。 结果 治疗组显效率52.2%，总有效率91.3%，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。治疗后两组的神经传导速度均有所提高，但治疗组治疗后神经传导速度改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。 结论 甲钴胺联合前列地尔治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变是一种疗效好、安全性高的治疗方法。

Clinical observation of 46 cases Methylcobalamin combined with Alprostadil in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of methylcobalamin combined with alprostadil in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods Ninety-two patients with type 2 diabetes complicated by different degrees of peripheral neuropathy were selected and randomly divided into two groups. On the basis of adjusting blood sugar to the satisfactory level,the control group was only given the intramuscular injection of 0.5 mg of methylcobalamin once per day;on the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given the additional intravenous bolus injection of 10 μg of alprostadil dissolved in 10 mL of 0.9% sodium chloride solution once per day; Both groups were administrated for 4 continuous weeks. Results The treatment group had a significant effective rate of 52.2% and a total effective rate of 91.3%, which were significantly different from those of the control group (P < 0.05). After the treatment,the nerve conduction velocity of both groups improved,but the improvement degree of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Methylcobalamin combined with alprostadil is a favorably effective and highly safe method for the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
