[摘要] 目的 探讨喹硫平与利培酮治疗老年精神分裂症疗效及不良反应的不同。 方法 以2009年1月~2011年1月我院收治的106例老年精神分裂症患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组给予喹硫平治疗,对照组给予利培酮治疗,疗程为8周,分别于治疗前、治疗后1、2、4、8周末用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)进行评估,并用不良反应量表(TESS)对药物副作用进行观察。 结果 两组患者治疗后第8周末的PANSS评分与治疗前相比均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);观察组患者的PANSS评分比对照组略低,但差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。 结论 喹硫平与利培酮对老年精神分裂症均具有良好的治疗效果,两者疗效相差不大,但喹硫平的不良反应发生率较低,安全性更高,更适合老年人使用。

The control study of quetiapine and risperidone in treatent of elderly schizophrenia

[Abstract] Objective To explore the differences on curative effect and adverse reaction between quetiapine and risperidone in treatment of elderly schizophrenia. Methods Selected 106 elderly patients in January 2009 to January 2011 with schizophrenia as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group given quetiapine treatment and the control group given risperidone treatment with course of eight weeks, used the positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) for the evaluation before and after 1, 2, 4, 8 weeks treatment, used the adverse reaction scale (TESS) for drug interactions with observations. Results The PANSS scores of the two groups after 8 weeks treatment were both significantly decline than that before treatment with significant differences (P < 0.05). Comparison between the two groups, the observation group patients' PANSS scores were slightly less than the control group, but the difference was no statistical significance (P > 0.05); The adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Quetiapine and risperidone both have good therapeutic effect for elderly schizophrenia with no significant difference, but quetiapine has lower adverse reaction rate and higher safety, and is more suitable for old people to use ......
