肝细胞特异性对比剂Gd-EOB-DTPA在肝转移瘤MRI诊断中的应用(3)
Gd-EOB-DTPA在肝转移瘤增强MRI应用中有着动态期和肝细胞特异期双期成像,动态期有利于转移灶的定性,肝细胞特异期有利于转移灶的检出,特别是<1.0 cm的转移灶的检出率。准确判断转移瘤的数量、分布,给临床治疗措施提供重要帮助。Gd-EOB-DTPA肝脏增强MRI对检查肝转移癌有很大的优势,能够尽早提供更多的信息,避免重复进行其他影像学检查及相关辅助检查[5]。
