[摘要] 目的 研究丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对脑梗死患者的临床疗效,关注治疗对血清中基质金属蛋白酶—2(MMP—2)和基质金属蛋白酶—9(MMP—9)的影响,以期为临床工作提供理论帮助。方法 选择102例脑梗死患者依患者的入院顺序和随机区组的原则分为两组,观察组51例,在常规治疗基础上加用丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液治疗,对照组51例只应用常规治疗,观察两组治疗前后血清中MMP—2和MMP—9的含量。结果 观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组治疗后血清中MMP—2和MMP—9的表达明显低于对照组。结论 丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液对脑梗死的治疗作用明显,并能有效下调血清中MMP—2和MMP—9的表达,临床中可以广泛推广应用。[关键词] 急性脑梗死;MMP—2;MMP—9;丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液[中图分类号] R743.33

528203,China[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect,MMP—2 and MMP—9 detection in patients with acute cerebral infarction by sodium tanshinone sulfonate injection, for accumulating clinical experience,directing clinical work. Methods 102 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups. The routine treatment were applied in the control group(51 cases),the routine treatment and sodium tanshinone sulfonate injection were applied in the observation group(51 cases).The curative effect and the detection of MMP—2 and MMP—9 detection were observed between two groups. Results The total effective rate was obviously higher in the observation group than in the control group. The expressions of MMP—2 and MMP—9 detection were obviously lower in the observation group than in the control group after treatment. Conclusion The sodium tanshinone sulfonate injection can improve the curative effect, regulate the expressions of MMP—2 and MMP—9 in patients with acute cerebral infarction, is worthy of being recommended in clinical treatment.[Key words] Acute cerebral infarction;MMP—2;MMP—9;Sodium tanshinone sulfonate injection脑梗死临床常见,病变进展快,致残率及病死率较高。近年来,人们发现急性脑梗死病变发展时,常伴随着血清中相关基因和蛋白的变化,并对疾病进展有重要影响。基质金属蛋白酶—2(MMP—2)和基质金属蛋白酶—9(MMP—9)是研究肿瘤发生发展时基因和蛋白表达时发现的,其作为基质金属蛋白酶家族的经典成员,对Ⅳ型胶原、基底膜和细胞外基质有明显的降解作用。二者也习惯上被称为明胶酶[1],研究显示二者参与缺血性疾病的进展[2]。丹参酮ⅡA碘酸钠注射液能改善神经细胞周围的环境,对自由基有显著地清除作用,减少因缺氧对神经细胞的损伤,对神经细胞和功能的修复作用明显。本实验观察丹参酮ⅡA碘酸钠注射液对脑梗死的临床疗效 ......
