[摘要] 目的 观察良性发作性位置性眩晕患者手法复位治疗前后睡眠质量及生活质量，探讨其临床意义。 方法 选取94例良性发作性位置性眩晕的患者作为观察组，选取60例体检为正常的成人作为对照组，应用PSQI睡眠质量量表分析患者睡眠质量，应用SF—36生活质量量表评价患者生活质量，并探讨二者的相关性。 结果 观察组手法复位治疗后睡眠质量和生活质量评分明显优于治疗前(P < 0.05)，观察组患者治疗前、治疗后睡眠质量与生活质量总体健康的评分呈负相关(治疗前：r = —0.44，P < 0.05；治疗后：r = —0.46，P < 0.05)。 结论 良性发作性位置性眩晕患者存在着睡眠质量和生活质量低下，临床中应积极开展手法复位治疗及干预，以更好地提高患者的生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To study sleep quality and life quality in patients of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo with pre and post manual reduction treatment， and study their clinical significance. Methods Ninety—four cases with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo were studied as the observation group， 60 normal adults were studied as the control group. The sleep quality and life quality were evaluated by PSQI， SF—36 scales. Results The scores of sleep quality and life quality were obviously better after treatment than before treatment (P < 0.05). There were negative correlation between sleep quality and life quality in the observation group (before treatment：r = —0.44， P < 0.05，after treatment： r = —0.46，P < 0.05).
