[摘要] 目的 对比分析齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效，为临床用药提供参考依据。 方法 将2009年8月～2012年4月我院收治的174例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组，观察组(87例)接受齐拉西酮治疗，对照组(87例)接受利培酮治疗。 结果 ①治疗前，两组患者的阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般症状评分相比差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。治疗后，观察组的阳性症状评分、阴性症状评分、一般症状评分与对照组相比，均显著下降(P < 0.05)，但两组患者上述指标相比差异均无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。②两组患者治疗有效率相比差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。③两组患者总不良反应发生率相比差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，但两组患者的不良反应类型有所差别。 结论 齐拉西酮与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效相近，在临床选药过程中应注意不良反应对患者的影响。

Comparison of therapeutic efficacy of Ziprasidone and Risperidone in the treatment of Schizophrenia

[Abstract] Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of Ziprasidone and Risperidone in the treatment of Schizophrenia， and provide a reference basis for clinical use. Methods A total of 174 cases of Schizophrenia who were admitted into psychiatric hospital from August 2009 to April 2012 were randomly divided into 2 groups， and observation group received Ziprasidone， while control group was given Risperidone. Results ①Before treatment， there were no significant differences in positive symptom scores， negative symptom scores and general symptom scores between two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment， the positive symptom scores， negative symptom scores and general symptom scores of observation group and control group decreased significantly (P < 0.05)， but there were no significant differences in these before—mentioned indexes between two groups (P > 0.05) ......
