[摘要] 目的 比较分析Vitapex糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂行乳牙根管充填的疗效。 方法 120例132颗牙乳牙根尖周炎患者按照数字随机法随机分为观察组(Vitapex糊剂)和对照组(氧化锌丁香油糊剂)各60例。 结果 观察组疼痛反应明显轻于对照组。观察组充填后成功率达91.4%，明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 Vitapex根充糊剂用于乳牙根管充填效果优于氧化锌丁香油糊剂，成功率高，且操作简便迅速，值得推广。

The efficacy comparison of vitapex paste and zinc oxide eugenol paste for deciduous teeth root canal filling

[Abstract] Objective To compare the efficacy of Vitapex paste with zinc oxide eugenol paste line of deciduous teeth root canal filling. Methods 120 cases and 132 teeth deciduous periapical periodontitis patients were randomly divided into observation group(Vitapex paste) and the control group (zinc oxide eugenol paste) of the 60 cases in accordance with the stochastic approach of the digital. Results The pain response of the observation group was significantly lighter than the control group. The observation group after filling a success rate of 91.4% was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Vitapex root filling paste for deciduous teeth root canal filling is superior to zinc oxide eugenol paste， high success rate，andit is easy to operate quickly，it is worth promoting.

选择性能良好的根管充填材料是乳牙根管治疗的前提[1]。本研究旨在比较分析Vitapex糊剂与氧化锌丁香油糊剂行乳牙根管充填的临床疗效，现报道如下。
1 对象与方法
1.1 研究对象
选取我院2008年1月～2012年1月乳牙根尖周炎患者120例132颗牙作为研究对象，年龄范围6～12岁；其中男性72例，女性48例。按照数字随机法将上述患者随机分为观察组(Vitapex糊剂)和对照组(氧化锌丁香油糊剂)各60例 ......
