[摘要] 目的 探讨焦点解决短期治疗法应用于乳腺癌放化疗患者健康教育中对心理的作用。 方法 采用常规健康教育方法加焦点解决短期治疗法对入组的80例乳腺癌放化疗患者进行干预。 结果 焦点解决短期治疗后患者负面情绪和认知回避因子评分显著降低，积极态度因子评分则显著升高(P均<0.05)。焦点解决短期治疗后患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能3个维度评分均较治疗前显著升高(P < 0.05)，物质生活维度无显著改变(P > 0.05)。 结论 焦点解决短期治疗法应用于乳腺癌放化疗患者健康教育，可缓解乳腺癌放化疗患者心理状况，提高生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of solution—focused short—term therapy in psychological rehabilitation for patients with breast cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods The conventional health education methods and solution—focused short—term therapy to intervene into the group of 80 cases of breast cancer patients with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Results Solution—focused short—term treatment of patients with negative emotions and cognitive avoidance factor scores decreased significantly positive attitude factor score were significantly increased (P < 0.05). Solution—focused short—term treatment of patients with physical function， mental function， the three dimensions of the social function score was significantly increased than before treatment (P < 0.05)， the material life of dimension had no significant change (P > 0.05). Conclusion The solution focused brief therapy applied to breast cancer radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with health education can be alleviated by breast cancer to put the psychological status of patients treated with chemotherapy， and improve quality of life.
