CD24在人胚肾上皮细胞Hek293中的表达及检测(2)
本研究采用真核表达系统在Hek293细胞中表达重组CD24蛋白,真核系统与大肠杆菌等原核表达系统相比,能更好地保持蛋白的免疫原性,且pYD5载体为CD24加入hFC标签以利于蛋白的纯化。用Western Blot方法进行检测,确定在Hek293细胞中表达出了真核蛋白,分子量约为37.4 kD,与预计的结果相符,且与CD24单克隆抗体发生良好的免疫反应,这表明重组核蛋白保持了天然核蛋白的免疫原性,为进一步研究该蛋白奠定了基础。
