[摘要] 目的 研究RALYL在胃癌中的表达情况及其与临床特征之间的关系。 方法 使用实时荧光定量PCR和免疫组化的方法对RALYL在胃癌中的表达情况进行研究，并进行统计分析。 结果 在胃腺癌和癌旁正常组织中，RALYL的mRNA水平和蛋白水平均有差异。免疫组化发现RALYL表达水平与肿瘤大小、T期、N期和M期有关，而与年龄和性别无关。 结论 RALYL在胃腺癌组织中的mRNA和蛋白水平表达均降低，其可能成为肿瘤治疗的新靶点。

The relationships between the expression of RALYL RNA binding protein-like and the gastric carcinoma

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the expression of RALYL in gastric carcinoma and the relationships between RALYL expression and clinical characteristic. Methods We used real-time quantitative PCR，immunohistochemical methods and statistical analysis methods to study the expression of RALYL in gastric carcinoma. Results Both in RALYL mRNA level and protein level， there are expression difference between the gastric carcinoma and normal paired gastric tissues. Immunohistochemistry analysis showed that RALYL protein expression in gastric carcinoma were significantly related with tumour size，T stage，N stage and M stage，while connections with age and gender were not found in gastric carcinoma. Conclusion RALYL’s mRNA level and protein level is decreased in gastric carcinoma，and it may be a new target for cancer therapy.
