芪苈强心胶囊联合硫酸镁治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心衰的临床疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的 分析芪苈强心胶囊联合硫酸镁治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心衰的临床疗效。 方法 选取我院门诊及住院收治的慢性肺源性心脏病心衰患者160作为研究对象，随机分为使用芪苈强心胶囊联合硫酸镁治疗的观察组与使用常规治疗的对照组患者各80例，观察两组患者的治疗效果、主观幸福感评分、生活质量评分等情况，比较其差异。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)；观察组的MUNSH评分及QOLS评分均明显高于对照组(P < 0.05)。 结论 芪苈强心胶囊联合硫酸镁可以显著提高慢性肺源性心脏病心衰患者的治疗效果，增加其主观幸福感及生活质量。

[Abstract] Objective To observe Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure. Methods Seleced 160 patients of heart failure caused by chronic pulmonary heart disease as the object of study，randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. Observated the diffrences of therapeutic effect，subjective well-being scale，quality of life score between two groups. Results The therapy effect of the observation group was better than that the control group (P < 0.05). Observation group MUNSH score and QOLS score were significantly higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with magnesium sulfate can significantly improve the chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure patients’ outcomes，enhance their subjective well-being and quality of life.
