[摘要] 一直以来，严重脓毒症和脓毒性休克都是PICU常见的危重症。其发病机制复杂，涉及机体多脏器功能改变。对其发病机制的探索一直是全世界研究的热点。本文将近几年来国内外对脓毒症发病机制的研究进展汇总并分类叙述，以便大家及时了解相关动态。

    [Abstract] For a long time， severe sepsis and septic shock are quite common and critical ill in PICU. The pathogenesis is very complicated and it relates to the changes in function of multiple systems and organs. The research about pathogenesis is a hotspot all over the world. This paper gives a summary and classification narrative of progress in pathogenesis of sepsis which have been researched nearly several years both in China and abroad. And this paper would help doctors keep track of the latest developments in the severe disease.
