[摘要] 目的 评价LAMP在食品卫生沙门菌属检验中的应用效果。 方法 选择145份食品标本，采用LAMP方法和分离培养法进行检测，比较两种检测方法的阳性率。 结果 LAMP阳性率为12.4%，分离培养法阳性率为6.2%。两种方法比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。两种方法的阳性符合率为77.8%，阴性符合率为91.9%。 结论LAMP法用于食品卫生沙门菌属的检验，具有快速、方便、阳性率高等优点。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate application of salmonella LAMP in sanitary inspection of foodstuffs. Methods Selected 145 food samples were detected by LAMP and separated cultivation method. Positive rate was compared. Results Positive rate of LAMP was 12.4%， and that of separated cultivation method was 6.2%. There was significant difference (P < 0.05). Positive coincidence rate of two methods was 77.8%， and negative coincidence rate was 91.9%. Conclusion Salmonella LAMP for sanitary inspection of foodstuffs shows rapid， convenience， high positive rate.
