[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的方法及临床应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析30例胆囊结石患者采用腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的临床资料。 结果 30例患者均痊愈出院，无严重并发症，住院时间为(7.91±1.32)d，手术时间(85.00±15.92)min，无中转开腹病例。30例随访3个月～1年，未见结石复发、胆瘘及胆管狭窄。 结论 腹腔镜联合纤维胆道镜保胆取石术的优点包括创伤小、安全性高、痛苦少、恢复快等，并可保留功能良好的胆囊，在掌握保胆手术适应证与禁忌证的情况下，进行保胆手术量化评分，严格遵循保胆手术流程，可使患者真正受益。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the method of combined laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopy cholelithotomy in treatment of gallstone and clinical application value. Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 cases of gallstone patients was conducted with clinical data of laparoscopic combined with choledochoscopy cholelithotomy in treatment of gallstone.
