[摘要] 瘦素(leptin)是一种由脂肪细胞分泌的肽类激素，通过与其特异性受体结合，调节生殖以及血管的生成，维持机体免疫系统的动态平衡等。近年来研究发现瘦素除上述作用外，还参与慢性阻塞性肺疾病、 肺癌、 哮喘等呼吸系统疾病的发展过程。本文就瘦素与常见肺疾病关系及其作用机制作一综述。
