[摘要] 实践教学是护理学专业人才培养的一个重要环节。文章分析了地方本科院校护理实践教学中存在的问题，构建了由实践教学模式、教学方式、考核评价方式、实践基地、实践指导教师队伍建设计划、实习管理模式、第二课堂活动平台构成的护理学实践教学体系，旨在全面培养学生的专业综合素质和能力，提高应用型护理人才的培养质量。
