[摘要] 糖尿病足(diabetic foot，DF)是与下肢远端神经异常和不同程度周围血管病相关的足部溃疡、感染和(或)深层组织破坏，可影响患者的生活质量甚至会危及患者生命。糖尿病足是糖尿病患者截肢、致残的主要原因，临床上治疗非常困难。但是近年来前列地尔作为治疗糖尿病足的药物开始在临床上应用，本文将前列地尔治疗糖尿病足的发展现状作一综述。
