[摘要] 我国住院医师规范化培训制度的建设与工作的开展在近40年取得了长足的发展，尤其是自2006年以来更是突飞猛进。师资队伍建设一直是住院医师规范化培训工作中一个举足轻重又相对薄弱的环节，本文将从住院医师规范化培训在我国发展的简史，现阶段师资队伍建设存在的问题，解决的思路与展望几个方面进行探讨。
