    应用综合疗法治疗社区老年高血压的临床疗效分析

    目的探讨社区老年高血压患者应用综合疗法治疗的疗效。方法选取2015年1月～2016年4月本院及其下属社区卫生服务中心接收的96例老年高血压患者，采用电脑随机盲法将患者分为实验组与对照组，各48例。两组均予以常规治疗，实验组在常规治疗基础上应用综合疗法。观察比较两组患者血压的改善情况、体质量指数、治疗的总有效率。结果实验组治疗后的平均体质量指数[(20.59±5.13)kg/m2]低于对照组[(25.82±4.53)kg/m2]，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组治疗的总有效率(93.75%)明显高于对照组(77.08%)，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；实验组治疗后的收缩压与舒张压分别为(129.8±10.6)mmHg、(75.4±8.9)mmHg，对照组分别为(146.1±13.2)mmHg、(86.7±9.1)mmHg，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区老年高血压常规治疗时辅以综合疗法治疗可取得较好的降压效果，且利于患者生活质量的提升。

    [Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive therapy in treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 96 elderly patients with hypertension in our community treated from January 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group，each with 48 cases.Patients in both groups were given conventional treatment，while those in the study group were additionally given comprehensive therapy.The improvement of blood pressure in both groups was observed，and the body mass index(BMI)and overall response rate were compared between the two groups.Results The BMI in the study group[(20.59±5.13)kg/m2]was significantly lower than that in the control group[(25.82±4.53)kg/m2]after treatment(P<0.05).The overall response rate was 93.75%in the study group ......
