    输尿管镜下钬激光碎石与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的效果比较

    目的探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石与气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法将符合标准的230例输尿管结石患者随机分成两组，观察组(115例)使用钬激光碎石方法；对照组(115例)使用气压弹道碎石方法。比较两组患者手术情况、临床疗效以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组手术时间、结石排净时间以及术后住院时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组显效率与总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后输尿管穿孔与肉眼血尿发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石是一种安全有效的微创手术方法，值得在临床上推广使用。

    [Abstract]Objective To compare the effect of holmium laser lithotripsy and pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy in treatment of ureteral calculi through ureteroscope.Methods A total of 230 patients with ureteral calculi through ureteroscope were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in observation group(115 cases)received treatment of holmium laser lithotripsy，while patients in control group(115 cases)received pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy treatment.The surgery situation，efficacy and the postoperative complications were compared between two groups.Results The operation time，net time of stone and length of stay in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The effective rate and total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The ureteral perforation and gross hematuria in observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holmium laser lithotripsy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of ureteral calculi.It is worthy of further promotion in clinic. ......
