    紧急宫颈环扎术8例临床分析

    目的探讨紧急宫颈环扎术的临床价值。方法选取2014年8月～2016年1月我院收治的晚期难免流产患者行紧急宫颈环扎术8例，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果8例手术均顺利完成，延长孕期6～119 d，除1例发生流产，余7例均获得存活新生儿，无并发症发生。结论作为针对宫颈机能不全致晚期难免流产的援救性手术，紧急宫颈环扎术能有效延长孕周，改善妊娠结局。

    [Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical value of emergency cervical cerclage.Methods Retrospective analysis of 8 patients with late inevitable abortion in our hospital from Aug 2014 to Jan 2016，all of them underwent emergency cervical cerclage.Results 8 cases with emergency cervical cerclage were successfully completed，which prolonged the patient's pregnancy from 6 to 119 days.7 cases got survival neonatus，in addition to 1 case of abortion.There was no case of complications.Conclusion As for a rescue operation of late inevitable abortion caused by cervical incompetence，emergency cervical cerclage can effectively prolong gestational weeks and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
