    改良Stoppa入路与髂腹股沟入路手术治疗骨盆和髋臼骨折的临床效果比较

    目的对比分析改良Stoppa入路与髂腹股沟入路手术治疗骨盆和髋臼骨折的临床效果。方法收集2013年1月～2015年5月期间来我院进行治疗的骨盆及髋臼骨折患者共73例作为研究对象，将73例患者按照治疗方法分组，研究组共36例采用改良Stoppa入路手术治疗，对照组共37例采用髂腹股沟入路手术治疗，比较两组手术切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、骨折复位优良率、术后并发症情况。结果与对照组比较，研究组手术切口长度更小，术中出血量更少，手术时间更短，骨折复位优良率更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为5.56%，对照组为29.73%，两组术后并发症发生率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨盆及髋臼骨折患者用改良Stoppa入路手术治疗效果良好，优势显著，安全性高，建议在临床推广应用。
