    跗骨窦入路联合跟腱外侧旁切口治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床研究

    目的探讨经跗骨窦入路联合跟腱外侧旁切口治疗跟骨关节内骨折的效果。方法对13例跟骨关节内骨折采用经跗骨窦入路联合跟腱外侧旁切口手术复位固定骨折。术后随访6～18个月。结果13例骨折复位良好，手术切口无感染，皮缘无坏死，骨折愈合。1例术后出现距跟关节创伤性关节炎；术后功能评定：优10例，良2例，一般1例。结论采用经跗骨窦入路联合跟腱外侧旁切口治疗跟骨关节内骨折，手术创伤小、并发症少，获得良好疗效，是治疗跟骨骨折的良好方式。

    [Abstract]Objective To investigate the curative effect of tarsal sinus approach combined with paramedian incision outside of the Achilles tendon in patients with intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Methods There were a total of 13 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fractures included in the study，all the enrolled patients underwent reduction and fixation treatment of the fracture by using tarsal sinus approach combined with paramedian incision outside of the Achilles tendon.All patients were followed up for 6-18 months postoperatively.Results All the 13 cases achieved good reduction of the fracture and postoperative fracture healing，without incision infection and skin flap necrosis.There was 1 case of traumatic arthritis in the articulationes subtalaris.Postoperative function evaluation was excellent in 10 cases ......
