    对高职院校而言，提升其教学质量是其一切教学活动开展和进行的核心，在校系二级管理背景下，以构建系部教学质量保障机制为主要研究对象，通过对其现状分析，进而指出了校系二级管理背景下的高职院校教学质量保障机制建设的重要性，并从完善二级教学管理机制、监督体系以及文化环境三个角度来展开了具体建设策略的探讨。望通过本文的研究，能对当前的高职院校校系二级管理教学质量提升提供有益参考。

    [Abstract]For higher vocational colleges，enhancement of teaching quality is the key point of all teaching activities. Against the background of college-departments two-level management，we take construction of teaching quality guarantee mechanism in departments as the main object of study，and point out the significance of teaching quality guarantee mechanism construction against college-departments two-level management in higher vocational colleges by status analysis，thus further discuss the specific strategies from aspects of perfection of two-level teaching management mechanism，supervision system，and cultural environment.We hope to provide useful reference for the teaching quality against current college-departments two-level management in higher vocational colleges by this study. ......
