    无刺激性气管切开处换药方法的应用

    目的探讨无刺激性气管切开处换药方法的护理应用效果。方法将2015年1月～2016年4月来我院接受治疗的60例气管切开术患者纳入本研究。按照入院顺序抽签后随机分为实验组和对照组，对照组患者采取传统换药方法，实验组患者采取无刺激性气管切开处换药方法。观察比较两组患者换药效果。结果实验组皮肤受损率(3.33%)低于对照组(53.33%)(P<0.05)，实验组皮肤受损发生时间短、术后切口处换药次数低于对照组(P<0.05)，实验组切口感染发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(33.33%)(P<0.05)，实验组舒适度(90.00%)高于对照组(3.33%)(P<0.05)。结论无刺激性气管切开处换药方法的护理应用效果较好，患者皮肤受损率低，皮肤受损发生时间、术后切口处换药次数低，切口感染发生率低，舒适度高，临床应用价值较高。

    [Abstract]Objective To explore the application effect on tracheotomy in dressing with nonirritant.Methods 60 cases of patients with tracheotomy were randomly divided into experiment group and control group，the control group was cared by traditional treatment methods，the experiment group was cared by tracheotomy in dressing with nonirritant.The treatment effects were observed.Results The skin damage rate for the experiment group(3.33%)were lower than the control group(53.33%)(P<0.05)；The skin damage was shorter，postoperative incision dressing for the experiment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05)；The rate of incision infection for the experiment group(6.67%)were lower than the control group(33.33%)(P<0.05)；The rate of comfort degree for the experiment group(90.00%)were higher than the control group(3.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion It has good clinical effects on tracheotomy in dressing with nonirritant ......
