[摘要] 目的 探讨破伤风发病的病因、诊断、预防及治疗。 方法 分析我院收治的62例破伤风患者的临床资料并总结预防及治疗的方法。 结果 62例患者全部治愈，其中未气管切开20例，气管切开未行辅助呼吸18例，气管切开及呼吸机辅助呼吸24例，并未留有后遗症。 结论 提高对破伤风疾病的认识，强调应及时正确地行伤口处理；规范的应用破伤风抗毒素、抗菌药物、镇静、肌松剂；加强营养支持；突出早期气管切开及呼吸机辅助呼吸在重症破伤风治疗中的作用。
