[摘要] 本文分析了现阶段住院医师规范化培训与临床医学专业学位研究生教育实施并轨的必要性，以及构建并轨创新模式的现状和面临的主要问题，结合温州医科大学住院医师规范化培训与临床医学硕士研究生教育并轨的培养模式进行讨论，提出在现阶段具体实施过程中的合理性建议。
