[摘要] 本文简述了尘肺合并肺心病的临床表现，总结了尘肺合并肺心病心衰的中医病名、中医病因病机和临床证治的宝贵经验，综述了近5年来尘肺及其他病因所致肺心病心衰中医治疗的成果，阐述了对尘肺合并肺心病心衰临床中医治疗的认识和经验。

    [Abstract] This artical outlined the clinical manifestation of pneumoconiosis combined pulmonary heart disease and concluded the traditional Chinese medical name， pathogenesis of pneumoconiosis combined pulmonary heart disease and the precious experience in the clinical treatment. The achievements of treating pulmonary heart disease caused by pneumoconiosis and other reasons in the recent 5 years were reviewed. The undertanding and experience with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pneumoconiosis combined pulmonary heart disease was demonstrated.
