活血祛瘀汤对手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡、尺骨干双骨折后疼痛、肢体肿胀的影响(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨活血祛瘀汤对手法复位夹板外固定治疗桡、尺骨干双骨折后疼痛、肢体肿胀的影响。 方法 收集2014年1月～2016年2月来我院骨科就诊并行手法复位夹板外固定治疗的桡、尺骨干双骨折患者74例，按随机数字表法分为两组，对照组37例，给予常规西医药物治疗，观察组37例，给予中医活血祛瘀汤治疗，治疗5 d后，观察两组疼痛及肢体肿胀情况。 结果 观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组疼痛有效缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)；观察组肿胀症状有效缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)。 结论 对桡、尺骨干双骨折患者在手法复位夹板外固定治疗基础上联合活血祛瘀汤治疗效果较好，能显著缓解患者疼痛、肿胀症状。
