氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。 方法 76例患者均为本院2014年8月～2016年1月期间收治的高血压合并冠心病病例，按照双色球分组法将其分为两组。接受氨氯地平片治疗的38例患者归入对照组，氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的38例归入观察组。治疗结束后，观察两组患者治疗效果，并对两组患者不良反应发生情况进行比较；随访3个月，分析患者血脂的改善情况。 结果 治疗2个月后，观察组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率均显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访3个月，观察组患者治疗后血脂水平较治疗前和对照组均有明显改善，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而对照组治疗前后均无明显变化。 结论 相较于单纯应用氨氯地平来说，针对高血压合并冠心病患者可行氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，不但能帮助患者改善血压和血脂，且治疗效果较好，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To probe into the clinical effects of amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 76 cases of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease and who accepted treatments in our hospital from August 2014 to January 2016 were selected， and were divided into two groups according to the double chromosphere grouping method. 38 patientstreated with amlodipine were included in the control group， while 38 patients were treated with amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets were included as the observation group. Then， after the end of treatment， the treatment effects of two groups of patients were observed. And followed up for 3 months， the improvement of blood lipid was analyzed. Results After treatment for 2 months， the treatment effect and adverse reaction rate in the observation group was significantly better than the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After 3 months follow-up， the blood lipid level of the observation group was significantly improved than before treatment and the control group， the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)， the control group had no significant changes before and after treatment. Conclusion Compared with the simple application of amlodipine， the amlodipine combined with atorvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease which not only can help patients improve blood pressure and blood lipid， but also the treatment effect is good， thus it is worth promoting.

高血壓合并冠心病是临床上常见的疾病，因患者本身患有原发性高血压，长期的高血压导致血流动力学异常，血液中的血小板长期处于激活状态，极易导致患者发生血管粥样硬化，最终致使心肌缺血缺氧[1]。该病多发于中老年群体，发病率较高，目前临床上主要通过药物来治疗。氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀钙片是近年来比较常见的药物，两者既能单独使用也能联合用药，所起到的效果也有所不同[2]。本文以收集的76例患者展开分析，探讨氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效，现报道如下。 (郭振勇)
