[摘要] 如何培养具有创新意识的高素质研究生是目前医学教育研究的热点。本文对目前制约医学研究生创新的因素进行详细分析，并探讨了当前教学模式改革的具体思路，以探索提高医学研究生创新能力的新途径。

[Abstract] The training of high quality and creative postgraduate has become a study focus of medical education.The present study conducted a comprehensive analysis of factors inhibiting the innovation ability of medical postgraduate， to provide new ideas about reforms of current teaching models， and aimed to explore new methods to improve the innovation ability of medical postgraduate.
