消乳散结胶囊对乳腺增生微创术后复发的预防作用分析(1)
[摘要] 目的 分析消乳散結胶囊对乳腺增生微创术后复发的预防作用。 方法 选择2014年5月～2015年5月在本院确诊为乳腺增生行乳腺微创术的患者共120例，按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组60例。对照组给予达那唑胶囊治疗；观察组使用消乳散结胶囊治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果及不良反应发生情况，检测治疗前后P、E2、LH水平，随访记录患者治疗后1年的复发情况。 结果 观察组总有效率为96.67%，明显高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)；观察组不良反应的总发生率为8.33%，明显低于对照组的25.00%(P<0.05)；观察组复发率为3.33%，明显低于对照组的31.67%(P<0.05)；两组治疗后E2水平明显下降，P、LH明显升高(P<0.05)。 结论 消乳散结胶囊对乳腺增生微创术后患者具有较好的安全性，能改善患者激素水平，有效预防乳腺微创术后患者的复发。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the preventive effect of Xiaoru Sanjie capsule on the recurrence after minimally invasive surgery of breast hyperplasia. Methods A total of 120 patients who were diagnosed with breast hyperplasia after minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected. According to the random table method， they were assigned to the observation group and the control group， with 60 patients in each group. The control group was given danazol capsules； the observation group was given Xiaoru Sanjie capsule. The therapeutic effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups of patients， and the levels of P， E2 and LH were measured before and after the treatment； the recurrence after 1 year of treatment were followed-up and recorded in the patients. Results The total effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group， which was higher than that of 81.67% in the control group (P<0.05). The overall incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.33%， which was significantly lower than that of 25.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was 3.33%， significantly lower than that of 31.67% in the control group (P<0.05). E2 levels in the two groups were significantly decreased after the treatment (P<0.05)； P and LH were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoru Sanjie capsule has a better safety， which can improve patients' hormone level and effectively prevent the recurrence in the patients undergoing minimally invasive breast surgery.
