[摘要] 目的 探讨临床使用维拉帕米片发生药物不良反应的影响因素。 方法 收集本院124例维拉帕米片不良反应患者资料，对患者使用维拉帕米的临床特点和影响因素进行统计分析。 结果 不良反应发生率男性高于女性；发生不良反应的患者中累及的系统和器官以心血管不良反应的比例最高(38.71%)，其次是神经系统不良反应(31.45%)。维拉帕米片不良反应的可疑因素主要为患者的性别、年龄、用药频率、服药剂量、疗程、合并用药和既往过敏史。 结论 应用盐酸维拉帕米治疗心绞痛，需要对患者的年龄，既往过敏史和病史进行详细的了解，才能保障用药安全。
