[摘要] 目的 探讨冠脉介入诊疗技术分级管理在冠脉介入培训中的作用。 方法 回顾性总结我科实行手术分级管理前后两组接受培训医师的基本资料、培训结果，进行比较分析。 结果 实行手术分级管理后接受培训医师在理论知识水平、介入技能考核水平方面明显高于实施手术分级前的医师(P<0.05)；并发症发生率明显低于后者(P<0.05)；国家考试的通过率也略高于后者。 结论 手术分级管理制度对冠脉介入培训有很好的促进作用，效果显著，一方面提高了培训医师的知识水平和介入操作技能；另一方面降低了并发症发生率，保证了医疗安全。
