[摘要] 目的 探讨延续护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响。 方法 选择2013年3月～2015年3月本院收治的156例COPD患者，按照入院先后顺序分为对照组(n=78)和观察组(n=78)。对照组患者给予呼吸内科常规西药与护理，观察组患者在此基础上接受延续护理，出院后12个月进行定期电话随访及家庭访视，比较两组患者的治疗依从性及生活质量评分情况。 结果 观察组治疗完全依从率为92.3%，显著高于对照组的53.8%，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。入组时两组患者生活质量评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。延续护理干预后观察组生活质量评分明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 延续护理干预可以明显提高COPD患者的治疗依从性，改善其生活质量。
