安宫牛黄丸辅助利巴韦林对小儿急性重症病毒性肺炎血清降钙素原及IgG水平影响研究(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討安宫牛黄丸辅助利巴韦林对小儿急性重症病毒性肺炎血清降钙素原及免疫功能影响。 方法 选择在我院呼吸科确诊的64例急性重症病毒性肺炎患儿进行随机分组对照研究，对照组(32例)患者予利巴韦林静点以及舒适护理治疗，治疗组(33例)患者在此基础上予安宫牛黄丸辅助治疗，3 d 为1个疗程。通过比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状变化以及治疗后的总有效率和TESS评分来探讨安宫牛黄丸联合辅助利巴韦林对小儿急性重症病毒性肺炎血清降钙素原及免疫功能影响。 结果 治疗后两组患者发热症状、头痛症状及咳嗽症状评分降低(P<0.05)，治疗组发热症状、头痛症状及咳嗽症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清IgG水平高于对照组，PCT水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率(96.97%)高于对照组(75.00%)(P<0.05)。 结论 安宫牛黄丸联合辅助利巴韦林对小儿急性重症病毒性肺炎血清降钙素原及免疫功能有明显的改善作用，且安全性较好。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of Angong niuhuang pill assisted with ribavirin on serum procalcitonin and immune function in children with acute severe viral pneumonia. Methods A randomized controlled study was conducted on 64 children diagnosed with acute severe viral pneumonia in the department of respiratory medicine. Patients in the control group(32 cases) were treated with ribavirin and comfortable care. Patients in the treatment group(33 cases)received Angong niuhuang pill adjuvant therapy for 3 days as one course. The effects of Angong niuhuang pill combined with ribavirin on serum procalcitonin and immune function in children with acute severe viral pneumonia were investigated by comparing the changes of clinical symptoms before and after treatment， the total effective rate and TESS score after treatment between two groups. Results After treatment， the scores of fever， headache and cough symptom were lower than before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05). The scores of fever， headache and cough symptom in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The level of serum IgG in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after treatment， and the level of PCT in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group (96.97%) was higher than that of the control group (75.00%)(P<0.05).
