血清尿酸水平与心房颤动的相关性分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的 研究血清尿酸水平(uric acid,UA)与心房颤动(atrial fibrillation,AF,简称房颤)的关系及其临床意义。方法 选择研究对象共143例,其中房颤组64例,根据房颤类型分为永久性房颤组(13例)、持续性房颤组(20例)、阵发性房颤组(31例)。非房颤组患者共79例作为对照组。采用全自动生化分析仪测定胆固醇(cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯( triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白(high density lipoprotein,HDL)及UA水平,并进行统计学分析。结果 房颤组患者的尿酸水平明显高于对照组,其中永久性房颤组的尿酸水平显著高于阵发性房颤组(P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,尿酸是房颤发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。 结论 血清尿酸水平与心房颤动的发生具有明显相关性,这可能为房颤发病机制的研究提供一个新的方向,对房颤的早期预防和诊治具有重要临床意义。

    Analysis of the correlation of serum uric acid level and atrial fibrillation

    [Abstract] Objective To study the relationship between serum uric acid (UA) level and atrial fibrillation (AF), and its clinical significance for the early prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods A total of 143 patients were selected in the study. The patients were divided into permanent atrial fibrillation group (n=13), persistent atrial fibrillation group(n=20) and paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(n=31) according to the type of AF. A total of 79 patients without AF were selected as the control group. The cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG), high density lipoprotein(HDL) and UA level for each patients were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer, then statistical analysis was carried out. Results The level of UA in patients with atrial fibrillation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). The level of UA in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation group was significantly higher than that in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation group(P<0.01). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that UA was an independent risk factor of atrial fibrillation(P<0.05). Conclusion The serum uric acid level is significantly related to the occurrence of atrial fibrillation. It may provide a new direction for the research of the pathogenesis of atrial fibrillation, which has important clinical significance for early prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation.

    房顫是临床上常见的心律失常之一,可以导致心房附壁的血栓形成,促进心脑血管危险事件的发生,增加基础疾病的死亡率[1]。随着我国生活方式和生活水平的提高,房颤的发病率及致残率明显升高,且发病年龄越来越年轻化。因此,研究房颤的致病因素已成为一个亟待解决的社会化问题。越来越多的研究发现,氧化损伤是发生房颤的一种发病机制,而尿酸作为氧化损伤的一种血清学指标,其在房颤发生、发展过程中起着重要作用,且已经被越来越多的国内外研究者所关注[2]。本研究通过探讨血清尿酸水平与房颤的关系,为房颤的预防和治疗提供新的研究思路。, 百拇医药(黄群 任清水 王建平)
