[摘要] 阻塞型睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS)与多种疾病的发生发展密切相关。文献报道较多的有肺动脉高压与肺源性心脏病、高血压、冠心病、心律失常、缺血性脑卒中及2型糖尿病与胰岛素抵抗。本文主要对上述6种OSAHS相关疾病近五年我国的研究进展予以综述，为预防OSAHS并发症和合并症提供病因学参考。
