[摘要] 为提高综合性医院门诊药房服务，借助HIS信息系统控制专科处方流向，改造相应的专科窗配药台，构建专窗药房模式，使患者合理分流，方便患者取药，提高门诊药房的运作效率，加强了药师专科知识的学习。
