[摘要] 目的 探究代謝综合征(Metabolic syndrome，MS)和2型糖尿病(Type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM)慢性并发症之间的联系。 方法 选取2010年1月～2015年12月于本院治疗的900例2型糖尿病患者，按照其是否合并有代谢综合征将其分为两组：450例合并有代谢综合征的患者归入研究组，450例未合并有代谢综合征的患者归入对照组。对比慢性并发症发生率及其他临床指标。 结果 研究组在糖尿病肾病的发病率上高于对照组；患有慢性并发症的患者其血压、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均高于未患有慢性并发症的患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 MS与T2DM之间存在相关性，合并有MS的T2DM患者更容易患有大血管病变与糖尿病肾病等慢性并发症。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore the relationship between metabolic syndrome and chronic complications of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
