综上所述，采用清凉活化散载药护膝治疗膝骨关节炎急性发作，与弹力绷带组、扶他林组比较，载药护膝组在症状改善、疗效、不适感发生率、满意率方面或与其相当，或明显提高，基本完成改进预期，值得临床推广应用。
