[摘要] 目的 了解护士对宗教信仰患者知信行能力，为进一步提高对有宗教信仰患者的特性护理提供理论依据。 方法 随机抽取本院175名在职护士，采用结合参考文献自行设计护士对宗教信仰患者知信行能力情况进行问卷调查。 结果 护士对宗教信仰患者知信行能力得分为(125.41±24.67)分，处于中等偏下水平。量表的4个维度中，信仰认同得分最高，评估能力和实施能力次之，宗教知识得分最低。其能力与有否参加过宗教相关方面的护理培训、本人宗教信仰情况，从事的护理岗位具有相关性(P<0.05)。 结论 护士对宗教信仰患者知信行能力较低，需加强对医护人员的培训。
