     [摘要] 在哺乳动物中，CBX蛋白是PRC1的核心组成成分，在多梳蛋白调控基因转录的过程中发挥着重要的作用，本文旨在综述CBX的同源蛋白CBX8的基础研究及在多种肿瘤研究过程中所获得的成果，探究其在未来研究的方向及可能的临床应用。
