超声引导下穿刺冲洗联合中药治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的应用价值(1)
[摘要] 目的 探讨超声导引下穿刺冲洗联合中药治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎的临床应用价值。 方法 选取我院收治的29例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者(女性)，在超声引导下穿刺抽吸脓液，用生理盐水反复冲洗脓腔，同时配合口服中药及药汁湿沙布包裹外敷治疗。 结果 29例患者共40个病灶，其中8例患者共10个病灶1次治疗后治愈，13例患者共17个病灶经2次治疗后治愈，7例患者共10个病灶经3次治疗后治愈，1例多发灶患者复查反复发作后改为手术治疗治愈；总有效率约100.0%，治愈率约96.6%(28/29)。 结论 超声引导下穿刺冲洗联合中药治疗浆细胞性乳腺炎是一种复发率低、损伤小、可重复性强的方法，是值得在基层医院推广的一种有效方法。

The application value of ultrasound-guided puncture and rinse combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical application value of ultrasound-guided puncture and rinse combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis. Methods A total of 29 patients(female) with plasma cell mastitis who were admitted to our hospital were selected. Under the guidance of ultrasound， the puncture and aspiration of pus were carried out. The abscess was repeatedly rinsed with normal saline. At the same time， traditional Chinese medicine was orally administered and topical application of wrapping damp gauze with decoction was performed. Results A total of 29 patients had a total of 40 lesions. 8 patients with a total of 10 lesions were cured after one treatment， 13 patients with a total of 17 lesions were cured after two treatments， and 7 patients with a total of 10 lesions were cured after three treatments. One patient with multiple lesions was cured by surgical treatment after recurrent episodes； the total effective rate was about 100.0%， and the cure rate was about 96.6%(28/29). Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture and rinse combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of plasma cell mastitis is a type of effective method of low recurrence rate， small injury and strong repeatability， which is worthy of promotion in grass-root level hospitals.
