[摘要] 肠系膜上动脉栓塞是肠系膜上动脉被栓子完全阻塞所致的疾病，大多数患者有风湿性心脏病、心房颤动病史。此种疾病临床少见，临床表现各有差异。其诊断困难，若诊治不及时容易导致肠管梗死，甚至死亡，死亡率高达70%～80%。现提供参考病例1例。
