[摘要] 目的 分析肾占位性病变的CT表现，探讨CT对肾占位性病变的鉴别诊断价值。 方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的50例肾占位性病变的影像表现，所有患者均行CT平扫和增强扫描。 结果 肾透明细胞癌24例，乳头状肾癌6例，嫌色细胞癌4例，肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤12例，嗜酸细胞腺瘤2例，纤维肉瘤1例，肾炎性假瘤合并化脓性炎症1例。不同肾占位病变CT表现不同。 结论 CT平扫及增强扫描对典型的肾脏占位性病变具有重要的诊断及鉴别诊断价值。
