[摘要] 近年来，随着影像学技术的迅速发展，脑小血管病(cerebral small vessel disease，CSVD)的确诊率逐年提高。其影像学表现为脑微出血、腔隙性脑梗死、脑白质疏松和脑室周围间隙扩大等。CSVD是导致脑卒中、认知功能下降及痴呆的重要病因，早期发现并处理危险因素具有重要意义。2008年国际卒中会议以“小血管病引起大问题”为论点，可見CSVD已成为如今医学界的热点问题，本文就脑小血管病的最新研究进展进行综述。
