[摘要] 缺铁性贫血(iron-deficiency anemia，IDA)是由各种原因导致机体铁摄入不足、吸收障碍或消耗过多引起红细胞生成不足而导致的贫血。IDA在全世界普遍存在，是最为常见的贫血，孕妇和儿童是主要发病人群。目前临床上主要采取口服铁剂、静脉注射铁剂及联合营养干预等手段治疗，本文主要比较这些方法从治疗效果，不良反应上的不同及其各自的优缺点。
