[摘要] 前列腺平滑肌肉瘤是一种非常罕见并且高度恶性的肿瘤，目前被报道的病例数尚不足90例[3]。病理学检测仍然是明确诊断的唯一方法，同时对于排除恶性肿瘤，如平滑肌肉瘤也有重要意义。本文旨在总结前列腺平滑肌肉瘤的临床特点、诊疗以及预后。
