微信群在孕期护理保健中的应用(1)
[摘要] 目的 探討微信群平台在孕期护理保健中的作用。 方法 选取2017年3月在我院已分娩的产妇164例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，加入微信群的82例孕妇作为实验组，利用微信平台公布医院及科室相关信息，告知各孕期应做产检的时间和项目，讨论孕期中的问题。未加入微信群的82例孕妇为对照组，按照传统的医生在孕期保健手册上的写下次孕期检查的时间。比较两组产妇熟悉孕期保健知识的人数、参与孕期各项检查的项目数、在整个孕期来院检查的次数、对医务人员满意度、早期发现妊娠期合并症与并发症的情况。 结果 实验组整个孕期来院检查的次数、对医务人员满意度、早期发现妊娠期合并症与并发症明显高于对照组，实验组对医务人员满意度为96.34%，对照组为79.17%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 微信群的应用可高效传达医院及科室相关信息，增强了孕妇们参与孕期各项检查的积极性，孕妇们的孕期保健知识的知晓率得到提高，可以早期发现妊娠期的合并症与并发症，并能得到早期治疗和预防，降低母婴并发症的发生， 提高了护理质量，使医患关系融洽和谐，提高了满意度，增加了医院的经济效益。微信群平台在孕期护理保健中的应用效果较好。

Application of Wechat group in the nursing care during pregnancy

[Abstract] Objective To explore the role of Wechat group platform in nursing care during pregnancy. Methods A total of 164 puerpera after delivery in our hospital in March 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups. 82 cases of pregnant women who joined the Wechat group were assigned to the experimental group. Via the Wechat group， hospital and department-related information was published， time and items of antenatal care which should be done during pregnancy were informed， and the problems during pregnancy were discussed. 82 cases of pregnant women who did not join the Wechat group were assigned to the control group. The time of next antenatal care was noted down on the pregnancy health manual according to the doctors. The number of puerpera who were familiar with the health care knowledge during pregnancy， the number of items of antenatal care participated by puerpera， the frequency of puerpera visiting the hospital for antenatal care， the satisfaction with medical staff， and early detection of comorbidities and complications during pregnancy were compared between the two groups. Results The number of times of hospital visits， satisfaction degree with medical staff， early detection of comorbidities and complications during the whole pregnancy in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group. The satisfaction rate with medical staff was 96.34% in the experimental group， and 79.17% in the control group. There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Wechat group can effectively convey the relevant information of hospital and departments， and enhance the enthusiasm of pregnant women participating in the antenatal care. Pregnant women's awareness of health care during pregnancy is improved. Pregnancy-related comorbidities and complications can be detected early， early treatment and prevention can be obtained， the incidence of maternal and infantile complications can be reduced， and the quality of care is improved， so that the relationship between doctors and patients is harmonious， the satisfaction is improved， and the hospital's economic benefits are increased.
